On the following page you will find a spreadsheet comparison of the various devices that we have obtained quotes on for your application. We feel these represent the best choices available on the market today. There are varying features to each, various outputs, waveforms, etc. Since the choice of any one specific unit must take into consideration many factors, including current devices used, familiarity with the company and its products, ease of use, etc., we have left the decision of which device to use up to the client. We are not a distributor, nor company representative for any of the manufacturers. We have no financial disclosures to make with regards to these companies. None of the officers of this company benefit directly or indirectly from any relationship with any vendor, nor do we have common, preferred or other types of stocks or holdings in any of the companies listed. We have included into the cost of these devices only the costs associated with procuring, shipping, transporting, initial checking and setup of the devices. SHOCK Saves Lives has made arrangements to provide leasing for the devices. The cost will be finally determined at the time of lease setup if this is desired, due to fluctuations in the interest rates. It is estimated to be approximately $55.00 a month, per device as configured. Installation of the devices is frequently done by the maintenance department of the entity being served. Alternatively, installation can be arranged by SHOCK Saves Lives at an additional charge which can be forwarded under separate cover if so desired, or SHOCK Saves Lives can assist in choosing a contractor.
