Our AEDs which are state of the art equipment are reliable, easy-to-use Automated External Defibrillator (AED) that is designed to SHOCK Saves Lives the heart back to its normal rhythm after a cardiac arrest.

Our AEDs are the size of a laptop computer. It features both voice prompts and LED displays that guide you through each step of the process. Our AEDs reads heart rhythms and allows a SHOCK Saves Lives to be given to the victim if it detects one is needed.

In order to purchase an AED, you need a prescription. The Total Heart-Safe Solution includes a physician who will write a prescription for you and act as your medical director. This provides you with ongoing medical oversight, a medical professional to turn to, and allows you to have the confidence that medical support provides.

As part of your Total Heart-Safe Solution, we make it as easy as possible for you to get in touch with a physician if you have any questions. The consultation line is available 24 hours a day and is designed for non-emergency questions. If there is an emergency, it is always important to call 911 first.

Although our AEDs are easy to use, we provide training for you through our training partners such as the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, and the National Safety Council. Included in the Total Heart-Safe Solution, is a combined AED and CPR training program giving you the confidence to use the device at home. Training for eight (8) people is included with the Total Heart-Safe Solution program and is arranged in your area.

The Total Heart-Safe Solution offers you comprehensive customer support. Whether you have a simple question, or a concern about your device, we are here to help you. The simplicity, durability and effectiveness of our AEDs products make them the favorite of medical professionals - two out of three hospitals and emergency response personnel use our AEDs. Your AED will perform daily self-tests to help ensure that it is always ready. In the rare event that service is needed, take comfort. We will deliver a replacement unit to you within two (2) working days, which you keep until we can return your AED to you.

Like any life-saving medical device, your AED will occasionally need supply replacement. Complimentary battery and pad replacements are provided whenever necessary. Having your AED ready when you need it is important to us and to you. We make it easy.

After each and every event, our AEDs records detailed information about a victim's heart rhythm while the machine was connected to the victim's chest. The Total Heart-Safe Solution team delivers this information to your medical professionals, providing a more complete picture to physicians for treatment decisions. Your primary care physician and cardiologist can receive the same detailed information, allowing better long-term care for you and the ones you love. If you choose, we can also alert a friend or relative for you.
